This studio ADU offers its own private gated entrance and exclusive yard. It includes a kitchen, living area, separate sleeping space, mini-split AC/heat, a full bathroom with tub, a storage area, and a private washer and dryer. Quiet, clean, and completely independent from the main house. The house is available either furnished or unfurnished at no additional cost, based on tenant preference. Renter is responsible $250 for all utilities and Internet. No smoking allowed. Please note that the rental rate is for one person. If there are two tenants, an additional $100 will be added. This rental accommodates up to two people, and we cannot accept more than two tenants.
